ID-verified leaders. Every leader is ID verified and has a phone number on file, with a real photo on every trip.
Businesses welcome. List under your brand. We still verify the person behind it.
Your payment is protected. You pay us, not the leader. If the trip does not run you are refunded (less the small payment processing charge), and a person looks at any dispute.
Published cancellation policy. Every trip shows its cancellation policy before you pay, picked by the leader from five clear options. And always a refund if the leader cancels or the trip doesn’t hit minimum numbers, less the small payment processing charge.
Reviews on both sides. Travellers rate leaders, and leaders rate travellers. It keeps everyone accountable.
What verification covers. We check who a leader is: their ID, phone number and payout name. We do not check permits or licences, vehicles, insurance, or how safely a trip is run, and travellers are not ID-verified. Read what each trip includes, check the leader’s reviews, and use the chat with the leader once you have booked.
