•Full refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before departure.
•No refund inside 48 hours of departure.

Cancelling is free until the trip is confirmed. If the leader cancels or the trip does not run, you get a full refund.

•A full refund includes the booking fee. If only part of the trip price comes back, the fee is not refunded.
•Refunds are paid back less the payment processing charge (about 1.5% for M-Pesa, 2.9% for cards). We do not cover it. An M-PESA request is refunded to the same phone.
•Every refund is sent within 48 hours, usually within minutes.
•You are also refunded in full if the leader cancels, or the trip does not reach its minimum by its confirm-by time and the leader does not run it.

From the leader: Travellers are kindly requested to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Please bring comfortable clothing, suitable walking shoes, drinking water, and any personal essentials required for the trip. Participants are expected to respect the venue, follow all safety guidelines, and help maintain a clean environment. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Any additional costs not explicitly listed as included in the package will be the traveller’s responsibility. Further trip updates and important information will be communicated to registered participants before departure.

Total breath of fresh air! Peter kept the energy high with awesome group games, and the Arboretum was the perfect backdrop to unplug and meet new people. Highly recommend for a quick city reset. 10/10 vibes.
